Brewing method: Heat Gaiwan, teapot or other utensils required, place about 5 grams leaves and pour hot water at around 90°C over the leaves, rinse the leaves first and then discard this water, let the dried plump leaves awaken or come round. At this point you can smell the aromas released by the moistened and unfolding leaves. Then steep for 1-3 minutes or brew depending on your preference and appreciate the infusion. The ratio of leaves and water is suggested at 1:10.
